Could a bone marrow boost fix hip tears better?

Summary
This study tests whether adding an injection of the patient's own bone marrow during hip arthroscopy improves recovery for torn hip cartilage (labral tears). About 80 adults aged 18-55 with this condition will be randomly assigned to get surgery plus the injection or surgery alone. The main goal is to see if the injection leads to better pain and function scores over time.
