Summary
This study looks at whether eating wild blueberries can improve heart health, thinking skills, and gut bacteria in Black and White adults aged 45-65 with high blood pressure. Participants will eat blueberries and have their blood pressure, artery stiffness, and memory tested. The goal is to see if this simple diet change can help manage high blood pressure without needing more medication.
