First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests two types of blood purification filters (AN69ST and polysulphone) in 80 children with sepsis. The goal is to see which filter better reduces harmful inflammatory substances and organ damage. Children aged 29 days to 18 years with sepsis-related organ failure may join. The results could improve how we treat severe infections in kids.
