Summary
This study compares different blood purification techniques in 120 children with sepsis (a severe infection causing organ damage). The goal is to see which method best removes harmful inflammatory substances from the blood. Researchers will measure changes in inflammation and organ injury after treatment, and track survival at 28 days.
