Summary

This study will look at 5000 adults having non-cardiac surgery to see if changes in blood pressure during anesthesia and the operation are linked to kidney injury after surgery. The goal is to better understand how to prevent kidney problems. Participants are not given any new treatment—only their medical records are reviewed.
