First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether thiazide diuretics (water pills) can lower blood pressure in people on peritoneal dialysis who have high blood pressure. About 40 adults with end-stage kidney disease will take the drug and have their blood pressure, weight, and body fluid levels measured. The goal is to see if this treatment helps control blood pressure better.
