Could a blood flow 'Workout' ease your aching knees and back?

Summary
This study is testing a non-drug method to see if it can help people with knee arthritis and chronic low back pain move better and feel better. Researchers will temporarily restrict blood flow to a participant's thigh for short periods over two weeks. The goal is to see if this improves walking speed, leg strength, and daily function without surgery or medication.
