Summary
This study is testing if temporarily restricting blood flow to the thigh can help improve movement and reduce pain for people with knee osteoarthritis and low back pain. Participants will have blood flow restricted to one leg for short periods, every other day for two weeks. Researchers will measure changes in walking speed, leg strength, pain levels, and knee cartilage health.
