Summary
This study tested a support program for people who had surgery to remove their bladder due to cancer and for their caregivers. The program included a pre-surgery coaching session with a nurse and a special recovery website with videos and resources. Researchers wanted to see if this support helped improve quality of life and reduced infections and unplanned doctor visits after surgery.
