Summary
This study tested a program to help bladder cancer patients and their caregivers before and after bladder removal surgery. A nurse or health professional prepared them for surgery and taught stoma care, and they got access to a recovery website with videos and tips. The goal was to reduce infections, unplanned visits, and improve quality of life. 174 patients and caregivers took part.
