Summary
This study looks at whether brain scans (MRI) can predict which migraine patients will have fewer headaches after taking CGRP antibodies, a newer type of migraine medicine. Researchers scanned the brains of 219 adults with frequent migraines before and 12 weeks after starting treatment. They are now checking if certain brain features can tell apart those who respond well from those who do not.
