Summary
This study aims to better understand Friedreich's ataxia by measuring heart function, nerve health, and exercise ability in 203 people with the condition. Participants will undergo MRI scans, echocardiograms, exercise tests, and skin or muscle biopsies. The goal is to find reliable markers of disease progression, not to test a treatment.
