Summary

This study tested a biofeedback device that uses muscle signals to help people relax and retrain muscles. It included 330 adults with chronic low back pain, recent breast surgery pain, or migraines. Half used the device plus usual care; the other half had usual care alone. The goal was to see if the device reduces pain and improves sleep, mood, and physical function.
