Summary

This study is testing whether the drug bimekizumab can help people with palmoplantar pustulosis, a chronic skin condition that causes painful blisters on the palms and soles. About 320 participants will receive either bimekizumab or a placebo for 16 weeks, followed by an open-label period where everyone gets the active drug. The main goal is to see if bimekizumab can clear or nearly clear skin lesions and reduce pain compared to placebo.
