Summary
This study looks at whether eating more beef can improve thinking skills and brain health in young adults aged 19 to 24. Researchers will compare a group eating 25 ounces of beef per week to a group eating only 5 ounces per week. Participants will eat ready-to-eat beef meals for 12 weeks and take tests to measure memory, attention, and brain function.
