Summary
This study tests whether a personalized, Mediterranean-style diet can prevent people with newly diagnosed Graves' disease from regaining too much weight after treatment. About 54 adults will either receive a tailored diet plan with regular check-ins or standard care. The goal is to see if the diet helps maintain a healthy weight and improves body composition.
