Summary
This study tests whether a personalized Mediterranean-style diet can prevent people with newly diagnosed Graves' disease from regaining too much weight after treatment. 54 adults will either receive a tailored diet plan and lifestyle coaching or standard care. The goal is to see if the diet helps maintain a healthy weight and improves body composition over 12 months.
