Summary
This study followed 46 obese men who had weight-loss surgery (gastric banding, bypass, or sleeve gastrectomy) to see how it changed their sperm quality and other factors related to fertility. Researchers compared sperm count and other characteristics before and after surgery. The goal was to understand if losing weight through surgery could improve fertility in obese men.
