Summary
This study looks at the best way to manage high blood pressure in people having a stroke who are eligible for a clot-busting drug. Currently, doctors lower blood pressure first, then give the drug. This trial tests if giving both treatments at the same time is safer and leads to better recovery. About 1,600 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two approaches.
