Summary
This study looks at whether a short set of balance exercises can quickly improve balance and breathing muscle strength in healthy young adults. Researchers will test 32 people aged 18-30 before and after an 8-10 minute balance routine. The goal is to learn more about how balance and breathing are connected, which could help improve training and prevent injuries.
