Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called B7-H3 CAR T cells in children and young adults whose solid tumors (like neuroblastoma, sarcoma, or osteosarcoma) have come back or not responded to standard therapies. The treatment involves taking a patient's own immune cells, modifying them in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells, and giving them back through an IV. The main goals are to see if the cells can be made safely and to find the best dose.
