First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety of adding the drug azeliragon to radiation therapy for adults whose cancer has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastasis). About 21 participants with solid tumors or high-grade gliomas will receive the combination. The main goal is to identify any severe side effects, while also tracking how long the cancer stays controlled in the central nervous system and overall survival.
