Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called AZD6750, which is designed to guide the immune system to attack cancer cells. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors like melanoma, lung cancer, or breast cancer that have not responded to other treatments. The study will check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors when used alone or with other cancer medicines.
