New drug aims to supercharge immune cells against Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called AZD6750, designed to help the immune system fight cancer. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors (like melanoma, lung, or breast cancer) that have spread. The trial will first find the safest dose, then test if it works alone or with other cancer drugs. About 60 people will take part.
