Summary
This early-phase study tested the safety and tolerability of an experimental drug called AZD6244, given as a capsule, in 58 people with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal was to identify side effects and determine how the drug moves through the body. This is a first step to see if the drug is safe enough for further testing.
