Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called AZD3427 to see if it could improve blood flow to the kidneys in people with heart failure and reduced kidney function. Only 10 participants were planned, but the study was terminated early. The main goal was to measure changes in kidney blood flow using a special imaging technique (PET scan).
