Summary
This early-stage study aimed to see if the experimental drug AZD3427 could improve blood flow to the kidneys in people with heart failure and reduced kidney function. Only 10 participants were planned, and the study was terminated early. The main goal was to measure changes in kidney perfusion using a special imaging technique called PET.
