Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called AZD0486 in adolescents and adults whose B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) has returned or not responded to at least two prior treatments. The trial has three parts: first, finding a safe dose; second, optimizing that dose; and third, testing the best dose in a larger group. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug can achieve complete remission within three cycles of treatment.
