Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug, AVA6000, designed to deliver chemotherapy directly to tumor cells while reducing harm to healthy tissue. It is for people with advanced solid tumors (like breast, ovarian, or salivary gland cancer) that have not responded to standard treatments. The study will enroll 158 participants to find the safest dose and check for early signs of effectiveness.
