Summary
This study is testing whether a device called the iLet Bionic Pancreas can be successfully used by regular primary care doctors to help adults with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Researchers want to see if using this automated insulin delivery system for 13 weeks leads to better blood sugar control compared to patients' usual care routines. The goal is to make advanced diabetes management more accessible through standard medical practices.
