Summary
This study compares a smart insulin pump called the iLet Bionic Pancreas to usual diabetes care for adults with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who use insulin. About 240 participants will use the pump or continue their routine care for 13 weeks to see if the pump improves blood sugar control. The goal is to find out if this technology can be effectively used in primary care settings, making advanced diabetes management more accessible.
