First seen Dec 17, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tested whether giving atropine, a drug that increases heart rate, could prevent dangerous heart rhythm problems and low blood pressure in people having a specific type of heart attack (inferior STEMI) during a procedure to open blocked arteries. 158 participants were enrolled.
