Summary
This study tested whether giving atropine, a drug that increases heart rate, could prevent dangerous heart rhythm problems and low blood pressure in people having a specific type of heart attack (inferior STEMI) during a procedure to open blocked arteries. 158 participants were enrolled. The goal was to see if atropine could make the procedure safer by reducing complications.
