Summary
This study aimed to understand whether long-term use of common asthma inhalers might affect heart and blood vessel health, even in people without asthma. Researchers enrolled 81 healthy young adults and had them use either real inhalers or a placebo for four weeks. They measured blood vessel function, heart rate, and other cardiovascular markers before and after the inhaler use to look for any changes.
