Breath test may cut asthma diagnosis delays for High-Risk patients

Summary
This study looks at whether measuring inflammation in the breath and blood can help prioritize who gets asthma tests first. About 1,500 people aged 6 and older with suspected asthma will take a simple breath test and a blood test before their regular lung function tests. The goal is to see if this approach reduces wait times for those most at risk and improves the overall diagnostic process.
