Summary
This study is testing whether smelling lavender essential oil can help improve mental health and quality of life for women waiting to undergo IVF treatment. 120 women will be randomly assigned to use real lavender oil, a fake lavender scent, or receive their usual care for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, stress, depression, and overall well-being to see if the aromatherapy makes a difference.
