Summary
This study looked at whether aromatherapy foot massage can reduce pain, improve sleep, and speed up recovery in people who had their gallbladder removed through keyhole surgery. 103 adults took part. The results suggest this simple, drug-free approach may help patients feel more comfortable after the operation.
