This study looked at whether aromatherapy foot massage can reduce pain, improve sleep, and speed up recovery in adults who had their gallbladder removed through keyhole surgery. Over 100 patients took part. The results suggest this simple, drug-free approach may help people feel more comfortable after the operation.
