Can a phone app make teen athletes more agile?
NCT ID NCT07221305
Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week training program delivered through a smartphone app could help high school athletes move better and improve their agility. Researchers enrolled 19 athletes aged 14-18 to use the app, which provided short exercise sessions. They measured how often participants used the app and tested their movement quality and agility before and after the program.
