Back pain and anxiety: new study reveals hidden struggle

Summary
This study looked at how much anxiety people with long-term low back pain feel. Researchers surveyed 202 Polish adults using a standard anxiety questionnaire. The goal was simply to measure the problem, not to test a treatment. Results showed that anxiety levels ranged from mild to severe in many participants.
