First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at 202 Polish adults with chronic low back pain to find out how severe their anxiety symptoms are. Participants filled out a questionnaire called GAD-7, which measures anxiety on a scale from 0 to 21. The study did not test any treatment—it only gathered information to better understand the link between long-term pain and anxiety.
