Summary
This study follows 200 pregnant women with severe mental illness to see how taking antipsychotic medication affects their psychiatric health and their baby's development. Researchers will compare outcomes among women taking antipsychotics, other psychiatric drugs, or no medication. The goal is to understand the risks and benefits for both mother and child.
