First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called IPH5301 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The drug aims to block a protein (CD73) that helps tumors hide from the immune system. The trial first finds the safest dose alone, then tests it with chemotherapy and another drug (trastuzumab) in HER2-positive breast cancer patients. About 27 adults with incurable cancers like breast, lung, or pancreatic cancer may join.
