Summary
This study will use a test called high-resolution anorectal manometry to find the cause of severe, long-lasting constipation in 54 children aged 4 to 18. The test measures pressure and sensation in the rectum and anus. The goal is to identify specific problems, like poor muscle coordination or nerve issues, and use those findings to choose the best treatment, such as biofeedback or injections, for each child.
