Stretching vs. scraping: which helps ankles more?
NCT ID NCT06915571
Summary
This study looked at whether adding a special massage technique (Graston) to regular foot stretching improves ankle movement, flexibility, and balance more than stretching alone. It involved 40 recreationally active young adults. Researchers measured participants' ankle range of motion and balance before and after the treatments to see which approach worked better.
