Which anesthesia gets you home faster after ankle surgery?

Summary
This study compares three types of anesthesia for ankle arthroscopy (a minimally invasive surgery) to find which one helps patients recover and go home the fastest. Two hundred adults aged 18 to 65 having elective ankle surgery will be randomly assigned to receive one of the three methods. The main goal is to see how quickly they leave the recovery room, and the study also tracks pain, side effects, and satisfaction.
