New study aims to catch anal cancer early in High-Risk group

Summary
This study looks at anal cancer risk in men who have sex with men (MSM) who take PrEP to prevent HIV. Researchers want to find out how common high-grade anal lesions are in this group, how well anal swabs can detect them, and how these lesions affect quality of life. About 296 participants will answer health questions, provide anal swabs, and undergo a special exam called high-resolution anoscopy.
