Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called AMXT 1501 combined with another drug, eflornithine (DFMO), in children and young adults up to age 21 with certain cancers like neuroblastoma, brain tumors, and sarcomas. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination helps keep the cancer from coming back longer than DFMO alone. Participants will be closely monitored for side effects and how well the treatment works.
