This study tests whether monoclonal antibody drugs can slow the progression of Alzheimer's disease in 120 people with mild cognitive impairment or mild Alzheimer's. Researchers will use PET scans to measure brain changes and see who benefits most from continued treatment, even if the disease worsens. The goal is to better match patients to the right therapy.
