Summary

This study tested a new imaging agent called [18F]APN-1607 to see if it can help diagnose Alzheimer's disease by detecting specific brain changes. About 230 people took part, including those with Alzheimer's, mild cognitive impairment, and healthy volunteers. The goal was to compare brain scan patterns among these groups to improve early and accurate diagnosis.
