New Alzheimer's drug aims to fix Brain's blood supply

Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called XBD173 can improve blood flow in the brains of people with Alzheimer's disease. Participants with mild to moderate Alzheimer's will take either the drug or a placebo pill for 28 days while researchers measure brain blood flow and other markers using MRI scans and blood tests. The goal is to see if improving blood flow could help control Alzheimer's progression.
