Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug (ALRN-6924) combined with standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel) in 28 adults with advanced solid tumors that had spread or couldn't be removed surgically, including a type of breast cancer. The main goal was to find the safest dose and check for side effects. The study is complete, but results are not yet available.
